Horrible, terrible, noisy, dirty, front door anybody can walk in, not enough outlets to plug things in, upkeep terrible, dirty carpets, strange people not a place for women and children alone at all.

Economical.
Too old. Facilities clean but worn out. Train whistles from across the street keep some people awake. No coffee makers in room. Coffee in welcome area in AM but no Decaff.
